My Background

I believe in creating a flexible mindset it will give space for growth and self-confidence to flourish.

I have an extensive counseling background in supporting patients with a variety of needs and coexisting issues. My areas of speciality focus include stress and anxiety as well as utilizing my Sport Psychology training.

With my unique background, I strive to provide information on the mind and body functions in order to increase self-awareness about the underlying reasons for their actions.

As your therapist, I will create a place that feels collaborative and safe. I will empower you to commit to goals that support you in establishing and maintaining success in life. I will teach you the skills you need to overcome negative thinking patterns and change behaviors that aren’t serving you.
